AllianceHub V3.7 Release: Clearer Access Boundaries and More Connected Meeting Workflows

AllianceHub V3.7 is now available. This release strengthens access boundaries, meeting collaboration, and material management through cross-group read-only access, more direct group join applications, improved meeting records and notifications, and more flexible material access.

I. Observer Access Across Groups, with Clear Boundaries

In multi-level organizations, some members need visibility into activity across groups without taking part in day-to-day operations. V3.7 introduces the observer role for this purpose. Organization administrators can assign observers, allowing them to view content available under existing rules across public, restricted, and private groups without joining each group individually.
The observer role provides read-only visibility without changing group membership or existing operational permissions. This keeps organization-wide oversight separate from day-to-day group responsibilities.
Members who reach restricted or private group pages without access can now start a group join application directly from the current page. The existing approval process still applies, and content remains unavailable until the application is approved.
II. Better Meeting Records and Notifications for Smoother Follow-Through

Group administrators can now record completed meetings and continue maintaining their topics and minutes in AllianceHub, making historical meeting information and outcomes easier to retain and reference.
Once meeting minutes are ready, meeting managers can send an email notification to current attendees at the appropriate point in the collaboration process.
For newly created meetings, changes to meeting arrangements or attendees continue to be reflected in client calendars. Cancellations are synchronized as well, helping attendees stay aligned with the latest information.
III. Easier Material Retrieval and Organization

Topic Calls can now define the download scope for topic attachments. Organizations can make materials available to everyone who can view the call or limit downloads to administrators and the relevant topic submitters.
Downloads also supports sorting by name or creation time, making materials easier to locate across organization and group directories.
V3.7 also includes several refinements to everyday interactions, making information retrieval and common tasks smoother.
From access boundaries and meeting continuity to material retrieval and organization, AllianceHub V3.7 continues to improve practical collaboration workflows for international alliances and social organizations.
