AllianceHub V3.8 Release: Stronger Organizational Branding and Easier Ballot and Meeting Management

An organization’s identity is reflected in the pages its members visit and the emails they receive. Effective collaboration also depends on how easily administrators can organize ballots and meetings. AllianceHub V3.8 brings these needs together with personalized organization login pages, refined email templates, improved ballot management, and new support for managing external attendees.

I. Bring Organizational Branding into Everyday Interactions

Login pages and routine emails are familiar points of contact between an organization and its members. This release gives greater prominence to the organization’s own identity in both settings.
Organizations can configure separate brand images for desktop and mobile login pages. This creates a more recognizable entry point that reflects the organization’s visual style and gives members a stronger sense of a dedicated organizational space.
Email templates now feature a simpler footer. The AllianceHub graphic logo has been removed, while a brief platform attribution remains. This reduces the prominence of platform branding and keeps the focus on the organization’s message.
Together, these changes help organizations express their identity through the platform members use in their daily work.
II. Make Ballot Administration and Results Easier to Manage

Managing a ballot involves maintaining information as work progresses, understanding participation and results, and making supporting records available afterward. V3.8 improves each of these areas.
Authorized administrators can make appropriate changes according to the ballot’s stage. Existing restrictions on submitted votes and ballot options remain in place, while administrators gain flexibility to handle necessary updates within those boundaries.
Results now display vote counts alongside percentages, making the distribution easier to read. Separate counts of members who have and have not voted also provide a clearer view of participation.
Dedicated ballot minutes management allows administrators to maintain related files and send a notification when those materials are ready for members to review. Members can then return to the ballot to consult the supporting records.
These improvements make it easier to manage changes, interpret results, and access follow-up materials throughout the ballot process.
III. Simplify Meeting Arrangements for External Attendees

Organizations regularly invite external experts, guests, and partner representatives to meetings. Maintaining their contact details and keeping them informed is an essential part of meeting preparation.
V3.8 introduces external attendee management, allowing administrators to maintain attendee lists using email addresses. External attendees do not need an existing platform account to receive meeting communications.
Their contact details and meeting notifications can now be managed within the meeting workflow, reducing the need to maintain separate lists and repeatedly communicate changes.
Email communications cover invitations, updates, reminders, and cancellations, with Chinese and English options to suit different audiences. Receiving an email does not itself grant access to meeting details on the platform; existing access controls continue to apply.
This gives organizers a more practical way to include people from outside the organization in their meeting arrangements and keep them informed as plans develop.
AllianceHub will continue to improve branding and collaboration tools around the everyday needs of international organizations and social organizations.
