AllianceHub V3.9 Release: A Better Mobile Experience for Test and Certification and Everyday Collaboration

A test and certification application often passes between applicants, reviewers, testing labs, and certification bodies. At the same time, members need to keep up with personal activities and Group tasks as part of their everyday work. AllianceHub V3.9 improves the mobile experience across these workflows, making applications easier to process, materials easier to find, and collaboration easier to continue.

I. A Smoother Mobile Workflow for Applications and Reviews

Applicants can use the mobile experience to browse their applications, choose an application category, complete the required form, and submit supporting materials. Once an application has been submitted, its details bring together the information provided, its current progress, and its review records. Applicants can follow what is happening and, when the application calls for changes, update and resubmit their materials.
Reviewers and representatives of testing labs and certification bodies can also access applications and handle the steps assigned to them within their existing permissions. Each participant works from the same application record, making it easier to understand the current stage and continue the process.
Mobile navigation in Test and Certification Management connects applications with related modules. Users can move from the application list to its details and on to relevant information without having to search for separate entry points. Together, these improvements make the path from submission to follow-up work more continuous.
II. Easier Mobile Access to Certificates and Certification Materials

Applications are only one part of test and certification work. Participants may also need to consult a certificate, check information about a testing lab or certification body, or retrieve an agreement template. V3.9 makes these materials more accessible through the mobile experience.
Users with certificate access can review certificate details, download attachments, and open a related application when one is available. Certificate Admins can also upload or edit certificates according to their existing permissions. This connects routine certificate maintenance with convenient access to certificate records.
Organization information and attachments can be opened from the organization list or a related application. Users with the appropriate access can also browse application categories and download agreement templates. By bringing these resources closer to the application workflow, V3.9 helps participants find the information they need as work progresses.
III. More Flexible Mobile Collaboration in My Account and Group Tasks

Members’ everyday activities extend beyond test and certification. Meetings, ballots, downloads, subscriptions, and Group join applications all form part of their work in AllianceHub. V3.9 improves My Account on mobile, bringing these records together with the profile, download, and subscription actions already available to members.
Group tasks also gain a more complete mobile experience. Members can browse tasks and review their details, subtasks, and feedback. People with the relevant permissions can create tasks, update their content, manage task status, and add feedback. Keeping task information and progress discussions within the same workflow makes it easier for participants to understand what needs attention and follow through.
From applications and certificates to personal activities and Group tasks, AllianceHub V3.9 makes more everyday work accessible on mobile. AllianceHub will continue refining practical, connected collaboration experiences for international alliances and social organizations.
