Testing and Certification Module Becomes the Highlight

On the afternoon of April 18, 2025, the AllianceHub Experience Day event, hosted by the Comentropy Industry and Standard Innovation Service Center (hereinafter referred to as “Comentropy ”), was successfully held in Hetao, Shenzhen. The event invited representatives from multiple industry standards organizations, including the World WLAN Application Alliance (WAA), the Network Innovation and Development Alliance (NIDA), and the UHD World Association (UWA). Attendees engaged in in-depth discussions about the latest features of AllianceHub V2.0, with a particular focus on the functionality and practical value of the newly launched testing and certification module.

Mr. Barat Semet, Director of R&D Department of the Comentropy and head of AllianceHub Team, stated in his opening remarks: “AllianceHub is a digital collaboration platform for industry and standards organizations, dedicated to providing efficient, standardized, and transparent workspaces for various alliances. Thank you all for graciously attending this experience day event; your trust and support enable the platform to evolve and meet diverse needs.”

Barat Semet introduced the new features of AllianceHub V2.0 on-site and elaborated on the technical evolution roadmap of V2.0, emphasizing that the launch of the testing and certification module would further complete the functional loop of the platform in the process of standards advancement and outcome implementation.

Platform New Feature Highlights

The Testing and Certification Process Management Module provides a one-stop management platform for testing institutions, certification bodies, and member units of standards alliances. Whether it’s application, testing, certification, or certificate issuance, all processes are efficiently completed on a single platform. Through process standardization, fine-grained permissions, and transparent operations, the new module not only simplifies complex processes but also significantly enhances collaboration efficiency while comprehensively ensuring data security.

Attendees unanimously agreed that this module will provide more reliable technical support for the transformation of standards organizations’ achievements, assisting in the systematic and procedural advancement of testing and certification work.

Feedback and Suggestions from Attendees

During the interactive session, many attendees highly praised the design concept and actual performance of the testing and certification module, generally believing that its clear processes and robust collaborative mechanisms can effectively enhance alliance work efficiency.

Mr. Wang Peng, representative of the WAA, stated that the launch of the testing and certification module in AllianceHub has provided significant convenience and systematic support for the alliance’s testing and validation work. He believes that this module not only improves overall collaboration efficiency but also enhances controllability and consistency during the standards implementation process. He looks forward to the platform continuing to expand tool support in standards evaluation and pilot implementation.

Mr. Wang Honghao, representative of the UWA, stated: I am very honored to see the numerous advancements AllianceHub has brought to UWA’s work, which have both improved work efficiency and optimized collaboration processes. Its proposal management function is very convenient, allowing full control from proposal creation to publication, always keeping track of progress, fully ensuring the quality and accuracy of proposals. In terms of collaborative communication, AllianceHub has created a real-time interaction platform, facilitating swift information sharing and problem discussion, significantly enhancing co-creation capabilities. In summary, AllianceHub has created tremendous convenience and value, and I am very optimistic about its future development. Additionally, the rapid response capability of the AllianceHub team is equally impressive; they have effectively resolved many issues in the preliminary preparation of standard meetings, such as the issuance of meeting notices, proposal submissions, topic modifications and cancellations, material sharing, and meeting minutes organization. These measures have significantly optimized the meeting preparation process, greatly enhancing organizational and execution efficiency.

Mr. Zhou Xiaolong, representative of the NIDA, also expressed approval of the module’s functions, believing that the platform has taken a solid step in function integration and business adaptation. He suggested that the platform continue to optimize the collaborative efficiency between modules, focusing on continuous refinement of user experience to support more diversified application scenarios.

Summary and Outlook

At the end of the event, Mr. Barat Semet once again sincerely thanked the attendees and pointed out that the continuous growth of the platform depends on feedback and participation from all users. He stated: “Every update of AllianceHub is a response to user needs. We will continue to advance platform construction with an open, collaborative, and evolving mindset, striving to become a solid foundation for various organizations in digital collaboration.”
