AllianceHub officially releases version V2.6. This update focuses on “enhancing collaboration efficiency and strengthening meeting management” as its core objective, delivering systematic upgrades to meetings, ballots, and My Account modules. By further integrating core platform functions, it achieves deep fusion of meetings and decision-making, bringing users a more efficient and seamless collaboration experience.
01 Deep Integration of Meetings and Ballots

One of the major highlights of this update is integration of ballot functionality within meeting module. Users can now initiate ballots related to agenda topics directly within meetings, enabling a unified “discussion-to-decision” process. This eliminates cumbersome cross-module operations and significantly improves meeting decision-making efficiency.
02 Meeting Topic Management Feature Launch

A new topic management feature has been launched within meetings, allowing participants to submit meeting topics online. This makes meeting agendas clearer and more structured. This feature helps meeting organizers efficiently collect discussion topics, ensuring meetings stay focused on core issues while promoting effective collaboration and knowledge retention within groups, providing solid support for subsequent ballots and action plans.
03 Comprehensive Enhancement of Meeting Management

To meet organizational needs for flexible meeting management, new version allows meeting initiators or Chair and Secretary of the associated group to modify meeting details and participant lists, enhancing flexibility and accuracy of meeting management.
Additionally, this update introduces a meeting reminder feature. Meeting initiators, along with Chair and Secretary of the associated group, can send meeting reminders from meeting page. System will automatically notify participants, ensuring critical information is delivered promptly and effectively improving meeting organization efficiency and attendance rates.
Meetings now also include a detailed operation log feature. All actions including creation, modification, cancellation, and ballot initiation are recorded, ensuring complete traceability for tracking and auditing purposes, thereby enhancing standardization and transparency of meeting management.
04 More Flexible Cross-Group Collaboration

In complex multi-group collaboration scenarios, AllianceHub now supports inviting external members when initiating group meetings or ballots. This feature breaks down group boundaries, making cross-department and cross-group communication and collaboration more seamless, providing greater flexibility for joint decision-making across groups.
05 Dual Optimization of Dashboard and My Account

Dashboard Upgrade: Added “My Recent Meetings” and “My Recent Ballots” to help users quickly grasp personal pending tasks and improve work response efficiency.
My Account Optimization: Newly added “Meetings” and “Ballots” to centrally display all meetings and ballot records that users have initiated or participated in, facilitating retrospective review, inquiry, and management.
