Through the Announcements module, notice administrators can place the most important information in a prominent position on the homepage, enabling members to see it immediately upon login and achieving precise and efficient delivery of organizational information.

2. My Groups: Quick View and Switching

my groups My Groups module allows users to see all their joined groups at a glance upon login and quickly switch between different groups for operations. Previously, users often had to navigate through multiple pages to find a target group; now, group access points are presented directly on organization homepage, making switching operations more convenient and efficient.

This optimization significantly reduces the operational cost of switching between groups, enabling users who participate in multiple group collaborations to move between groups more smoothly when handling work.
